The Quality Education for All Initiative was a 10-year, $2 million investment by The Community Foundation in improving education outcomes for students in Duval County Public Schools. This report summarizes what we learned.

This timeline was made possible by the generous support of The Community Foundation in Jacksonville, which underwrote the research and production as part of its Quality Education for All Initiative. This timeline has since been updated to reflect more recent events.

Learning to Finish was a strategic and coordinated effort by Duval County Public Schools and a partnership of community organizations dedicated to identifying and intervening on behalf of at-risk students to improve graduation rates. This report describes the work, and was prepared by the Jacksonville Public Education Fund in collaboration with the lead partners of Learning to Finish: Duval County Public Schools, The Community Foundation in Jacksonville, United Way of Northeast Florida and the Jacksonville Children’s Commission.
