Our Impact

Regional Impact

Unique Neighborhoods, United as Neighbors

The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida provides donor services, philanthropic guidance and civic leadership to Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Originally founded as the Jacksonville Community Foundation in 1964, our name and impact go far beyond the city of Jacksonville. Serving the citizens of Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker, Clay and Putnam counties, we also assist donors in achieving their philanthropic goals in Suwanee Valley’s five-county region.

An Impact Beyond Geographic Borders

Like all who care deeply about our community, the impact of our work stretches beyond geographic boundaries. We work across county lines, causes, sectors, communities and states to bring people together in lasting change.
