How To Apply

Fabricio Farias
Fabricio Farias received an Art Ventures Individual Artist grant in 2015 to complete a series of large-scale, mixed media installation works.

The Community Foundation makes competitive grants in three areas: The Arts (Crisp-Ellert, Individual Artists and Small Arts Organizations), Early Childhood (ages 0-6 years) and Putnam County.

There are five applications open for non-profits and certain individuals to apply for a grant. The specific requirements necessary to apply for grants in each of these competitive program areas are described below.

Grant guidelines and application processes vary by the type of grant you are seeking. For guidelines and applications, please click on the appropriate grant areas below.

The Community Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals for any grant programs.
