Putnam County

Our 2019 grantmaking will seek to assist individuals and families by promoting educational opportunities, eliminating food insecurity, and supporting veterans.

Nonprofit organizations interested in applying for one-year grants of $5,000 to $10,000 in Putnam County are strongly encouraged to attend an orientation in March of 2019 (see details below).

Proposals in 2019 should seek to provide creative and efficient services to veterans, families/individuals living in poverty, students striving for a better education, and residents who are food insecure. Funding awarded in 2019 is not intended to provide ongoing operational support. We will seek proposals that are based only in Putnam County. Each nonprofit may apply for one grant.

If an organization has a current active grant, they are not eligible to apply.

Grants are awarded through the Frank V. Oliver, Jr. Endowment at The Community Foundation.
