With the understanding that philanthropy cannot sufficiently fill gaps created by shifts in public funding, the Northeast Florida (NEFL) Resilience Fund was formed with a focus on strengthening the capacity and resilience of the region’s nonprofit sector to meet needs through deep collaboration, coordination, and targeted resources.
These grants focus on support for organizations with significant, measurable disruption caused by changes in public support. Priority consideration will be given to organizations providing basic needs services to vulnerable populations particularly in food insecurity, housing, and healthcare.
