Nina joined the Foundation as Executive Vice President in 2002 and was promoted to President in 2005. Under her leadership, Foundation assets have quadrupled and annual grants to the community have grown from $9 million to $43 million in 2016. She serves on the board of The National Center for Family Philanthropy, and has chaired both the Southeastern Council of Foundations and Community Foundations of Florida. Grace joined the Foundation in 2004 with 11 years combined public accounting experience primarily in tax, small business and nonprofit accounting and 10 years experience with a family office in Jacksonville. She has responsibility for oversight of invested assets, and for all matters related to operations and finance of the Foundation.

Kathleen oversees The Community Foundation’s discretionary grantmaking. She joined the Foundation in 2002 and became Vice President, Programs in 2011. She has worked in our local nonprofit community for more than 25 years and is an alumna of the Southeastern Council on Foundation’s Hull Fellows Program for emerging leaders in Philanthropy.

Emmanuel joined The Community Foundation in 2017. He currently manages and supports grantmaking in several areas with an emphasis on Improving the Quality of Life of Aging Adults. He has a specific focus on the areas of diversity and inclusion as well as assisting youth with educational success through post- secondary attainment. He brings 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, policy analysis, program design and program management and he also served as a middle school teacher in Duval County Public Schools.

Erin joined The Community Foundation in 2015 following 11 years at Wells Fargo, including 9 as an investment manager. At TCF, Erin is responsible for investment accounting and reporting, as well as cash management. Erin monitors investment results and is also a primary liaison with the Foundation’s investment advisors.
