Fundholders who have access to our online donor portal can access their fund at the link below to view fund balances and make gifts and grants. Please note that our grantee search function is currently unavailable. We are working quickly to resolve the problem. If you have any trouble making a grant recommendation, please email Tom Caron at tcaron@jaxcf.org. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

Later this spring, The Community Foundation will launch a new and improved donor portal. When the new portal launches, fundholders will be asked to create a new password. For the latest updates on our IT transition, please visit our blog.

The Community Foundation has launched a new and improved ‘Access My Fund’ portal with best-in-class data technology.

Existing portal users can access the new portal now, by entering their email address as their login and resetting their password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link. For help, please contact a member of our team, below.
