Making More Good Possible

Stimulating Philanthropy to Build A Better Community

The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida serves the citizens of Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker, Clay and Putnam counties. We partner with individuals, families, organizations and businesses who are determined to make a difference with their philanthropic gifts. And we engage our community to make it stronger and better for everyone. That’s the power of Giving Forward.

Working to Improve Life in Northeast Florida for All

We have a strong history and commitment to changing our communities, for building bridges between people who are committed to making the world a better place and the causes to which they are dedicated. Learn more about some of our key focus areas below.

Supporting Neighborhoods

We work with residents and their trusted local organizations on issues like blight, reducing homelessness, economic development and building generational wealth.

We support a collective giving initiative that focuses on enhancing education, economic development and healthcare for historically marginalized citizens.

Affordable Housing

We make grants and connect donors to affordable housing initiatives, and invest local capital to help bring more units to market.
