Women's Giving Alliance

The Women's Giving Alliance was established in 2001 as a special initiative of The Community Foundation to enable women to direct their giving in focused, strategic ways.

The Women's Giving Alliance (WGA) is an organization of women who share a common vision and commitment to improving the lives of women and girls throughout the First Coast region. WGA demonstrates the impact of focused philanthropy through research and collective grantmaking. Its membership includes women of all ages and professions from neighborhoods throughout Northeast Florida.

Each WGA member contributes $1,500 annually. This investment allows members to participate in two forms of philanthropy - collective grantmaking and endowment building.
